Welcome to PCSP Bidding. By registering and using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bidding Rules

All bids are binding. Once placed, bids cannot be retracted. You are responsible for ensuring accurate bid amounts before submission.

2. Payment Terms

Winning bidders must complete payment within 3 business days. Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, credit card, and ACH.

3. Item Conditions

All items are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before bidding.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise. Items ship within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for items not matching their description. Buyer pays return shipping unless item was misrepresented.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Account Approval

All new accounts require approval by our team before activation. You will receive an email notification once your account has been reviewed and approved. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
